Dinagat Festival (Cordova, Cebu)  
Kabkaban Festival (Carcar, Cebu / November 24-25)  
Kadaugan sa Mactan (Lapu-lapu City / April 27) Annual Reenactment of the Battle of Mactan on the beach of barangay Mactan which features Lapu-lapu's victory. The weeklong event include a fluvial procession of decorated bancas representing Magellan's three ships, the planting of Magellan's cross, the baptism of the native followed by the battle. 
Mantawi Festival (Mandaue City / Every 30th of August)  
Nuestra Senora de Reglas (Lapu-lapu City / November 20-21)  
Semana Santa sa Bantayan (Bantayan Island / Holy Week) A unique mixture of solemn religious rites and local fiesta celebration. Local and foreign visitors flock to the island to witness the religious procession highlighted by huge floats depicting the suffering and death of Jusus Christ. Easter Sunday is celebrated by parties on the white sand beaches of the island. 
Sinulog (Cebu City / 3rd Sunday of January) The feast is in honor of the Holy Child Senor Sto. Nino de Cebu. This is the most popular and most celebrated among Cebu's festivals where millions of people converge along the parade routes to watch participants in colorful costumes dancing to drum beats.
